Title: Telecom Network Engineer role

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Have:

100% On site. Denver, CO. Telecom

local candidates will be the priority.

All positions are in person, with heavy involvement in a lab environment.

All candidates will be joining the Wifi HW Development team.

Network Engineer III

The Network Engineer positions are going to work primarily in our Performance lab on WiFi devices. We are looking for:

Skills

1. Lab testing of hardware (CPE preferred)

2. In depth knowledge of the 802.11 protocol (able to speak on differences and features)

3. Experience creating test cases that investigate and validate HW compliance with 802.11 protocols and features

Keywords

1. Equipment: Ixia, Spirent, Octoscope, Octobox, Keysight, Rhode and Schwarz, WaveApps, WaveQoE

2. Wireshark, Performance Testing, conducted, over-the-air, attenuator, traffic generator

3. Test Case: Requirement gathering, SLA creation, documentation creation

4. Software: Jira, Chalk/Confluence, TestRail, Excel, Python, command line, TCL, Webex

5. Certs: CWNP, CWS, CWNA, CWT, CWAP, CWNE, CWIxx, CCNA
