Seattle, WA

Duration : Contract

 

Role Description:            

Working knowledge of Active Directory users and computers, as well as corporate networking, and systems administration.

Ability to bring process improvements, document knowledge base articles and build process efficiencies.

Engage with FTE and vendor for technical support as needed.

Experience patching corporate servers. Ability to multitask and work well with email, and in person support. Good written (Email) and oral communication skills

Good Event Management, Calander Management and coordination skills

Good customer relationship building & management skills.

Good documentation skills

Knowledge on support (Incident, request and change management) functions.

Competencies: Windows Powershell

Experience (Years):        2-4

Essential Skills:   Active Directory; Operations Support

Desirable Skills:  PowerShell; HTML / XHTML / DHTML / CSS
