Hello ,   Greetings!   This is Khatib Rahman from VBeyond Corp. We are a global recruitment company with specialization in hiring IT professionals.  One of our clients is looking for Workday Business Consultant - West Orange, NJ (Remote).    Job description: Preferred Skills & Experience • Current Workday Prism or Integration certification • 3+ years of experience with development and/or architecture of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio • 3+ years of Prism, integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration • Ability to train and participate in the professional development in both project-management and technical dimensions • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies • Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, Ultra Edit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc. Responsibilities include but not limited to: + As a Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant/Lead, you will bring your Workday Analytics and consulting ability to work with various clients on their Workday implementation and post-production enhancements. + Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday reports and Prism use cases. + Actively communicate with other team members on cross functional items. + Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams. + Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets. + Demonstrate consultative skills.   I would appreciate if you could reach out on my below mentioned contact coordinates, should the position be of interest to you.
