We have an immediate opportunity for an AI/ML Engineer with strong Pharma/Life Sciences experience for our client Novo Nordisk.

Position Details

• Role: AI/ML Engineer
• Client: Novo Nordisk
• Location: Plainsboro, NJ (4 Days Onsite)
• Duration: Long-Term Contract
• Visa: H1B Only
• Domain: Pharma/Life Sciences (Mandatory)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (Preferred) and Python
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Data Analysis
  • Feature Engineering
  • Model Development, Evaluation, and Deployment
• Experience with Generative AI technologies:
  • LLMs
  • Prompt Engineering
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • AI Agents
  • MCP and emerging AI frameworks
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Cortex AI capabilities
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
• Experience with:
  • Vector Databases
  • Semantic Search
  • AI Orchestration Frameworks
  • API Integrations
  • Data Warehousing & Data Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for business use cases
• Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging LLMs and RAG
• Develop scalable machine learning pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Monitor and improve model performance in production
