Support growing Pixel Phone and Wearable technical engagements with Verizon. Work independently to support field testing, log collection and lab support. Device logging and basic log analysis for signalling, call flow, IMS SIP, etc. Manage issue tracking processes such as open tickets/bugs, review/respond to tickets/bugs, etc. Issue debugging   Assist engineering teams to troubleshoot problems. Collaborate closely with internal x-functional teams.
