Below is the summary of the position.   Role : IBM BPM Developer Location : Portland, OR   Job Description: Overall, 6 + years IT experience with minimum of 5+ years into design and development using IBM BPM. Experience in Architecting, Analysis and Development in IBM’s Business Process Management (BPM) tool. Strong knowledge on core IBM BPM tool. Experience with Java and Java-based technologies, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries, jQuery. Experience working in agile or iterative SDLCs   Minimum qualifications: B. Tech/B.E/ MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Responsibilities: Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system. Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code. Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques. Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance. Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities. Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates. Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly. Team Oriented and can work independently.
