Rate: $20-22/hr on c2c 

1-3 years' experience in HR Payroll.

UST is looking for talented HR Payroll Analyst to join our team. The role of HR Payroll Analyst is to ensure end to end compliance with employee compensation procedures, including staying updated with US laws pertaining to employee compensation and benefits. The role will be working to ensure that payroll services are delivered consistently and effectively.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Recourse, Finance or Business Administration.
1-3 years' experience in HR Payroll.
Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus
Knowledgeable in US Payroll is preferred
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential.
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

Responsibilities
Gathering and examining timesheet to ensure their validity.
Entering start and end times onto payroll software
Capturing approved leaves
Managing and administers mandatory employee benefits
Confirming that legally-mandated and optional deductions have been processed correctly.
Preparing payroll reports.
Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that employees are compensated and notified on time.
Addressing queries about payroll-related concerns.
