The TLM Enablement Rep works with application, infrastructure, and technology teams to remediate End of Life technologies from our IT environment. This position will oversee multiple system projects of a varying complex nature. The TLM Enablement Rep's work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
The TLM Enablement Rep will have clear and concise communication with IT teams to ensure expectations, proactively monitor and provide guidance to each team involved to ensure understanding and adherence to TLM policies and processes. The TLM Enablement Rep will monitor initiatives, analyze variables, and determine the best course of action to resolve issues as they arise, and/or escalate as needed. This position is often actively managing stakeholder partnerships and mitigating risks. Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field 2-5 years of technical experience ServiceNow PPM experience Strong Communication skills Knowledge/Experience in Project Managment Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Longevity working in data warehouse, decision support and reporting system environments Working knowledge of Oracle and IBM Relational Database Management Systems, executive information systems and statistical software packages Comprehensive knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities, including Cobol, CICS, DB, ASP, COM, .Net and SQL Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification Experience in the health solutions industry
