Senior Platform Engineer
Duration: 6+ months contract
Location: Remote
Visa: USC/GC & GC-EAD only

Interview Process:

• 1st Round: 45 min Zoom video screening w/HM
• 2nd Round: Take home Technical Assessment then 30 min Zoom w/Panel reviewing the Assessment
• 3rd Round: 45 min Zoom with Panel

Must Haves:

• 5–7 years exp as SWE. Node.js dev
• Experience in all technologies listed in the "Tech Stack " above
• Familiarity with Scrum
• Unit testing
• Experience in a HIPAA environment
• ***Experience to avoid - Government work

Tech Stack:

• Language: Node.js
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
• DB: MongoDB
• Cloud: AWS
• Containers: Fargate
• API: Swagger, OpenAPI
• Messaging Queue: Various (e.g., SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)

Team Environment:

• Moving from a Hybrid/Kanban model to Scrum
• Daily standups; successful candidates will engage in standup meetings
• 5–6 hours of heads down coding per day is the norm
• Room to grow (Principal Engineer/Architect track or Managerial track)
