Business Analysts
Pittsburgh, PA
Hybrid Role
Domain : Finance
Visa : all apart from H1B and CPT

Client is looking for a Junior/Mid level Business Analysts in Pittsburgh, PA that have 3 to 6 years of experience and financial industry exp. This is a hybrid role w/ 3x a week onsite being required. Candidate MUST be local to the area.

Job Specs:
Centralized team works events from interviewing the source that inputted the error, sends notifications on the error, works with management on approvals.
Candidate may assist with events under 10K that will move from the ORE tool to service now.
Business writing, detail oriented, computer skills in word/excel, communication skills, analytical skills and not afraid to ask questions.

• Experience in an Agile setting writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics and organizing the backlog according to the overall roadmap.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders to understand the business and gather requirements.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project)
