Job Description:
- Project planning, system architecture design, detailed functional and technical design, review and implementation. He will not only be the key point of contact for resolving any critical production incident but also will be architecting the solutions in integration layers, core product modules (RMS, ReSA, RPM, ReIM), database components.
- He will be driving the design and development for application UI and batch changes, automation framework, performance improvement initiatives.
- He will be bringing in best practices for quick identification and modification of process gaps, several standardized methodologies, reusable artifacts in the projects with prior exposure and expertise in package solution.
- He will collaborate with other integration, application teams for triaging business critical issues impacting multiple applications. He will drive planned and unplanned infrastructure maintenance activities impacting the applications.
Top 3 skills needed:
1. Oracle Retail experience – Client facing role - RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM (Functional & Technical)
2. Onshore team manager – Incident management, coordinate with team
3. Shell scripting
