  Description:

 Must have 8+ years of experience in DW production Support 

·  Should be good Azure, Databricks, SQL; Having Informatica knowledge will be an advantage.

·  Should have experience in leading production support for multiple DW application both on-prem and cloud

· Managing teams spread across various regions.

·  Can be from any domain but preferred from Tax/Audit/Advisory experience not a must

·  Drive customer satisfaction across incidents and projects

·  Establish daily, weekly, and monthly governance structure with team members and customers and ensure that periodic account reviews are conducted, and critical issues are reported and addressed

·  Manage demand forecasting and report demand fulfillment against the forecasted demand

·  Mentor, train, and supervise staff.

·  Participate in Continuous Improvements Initiatives

·  Monitor and control delivery of a committed set of SLAs and Key Measures for a portfolio of customer applications cutting across various customer business lines

·  Must have knowledge in ServiceNow, Jira
