Job Description:

- Strong business Analysis Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce Field Services product mandatory
- Ability to deal with large set of stakeholders and gather requirements

- Ability to translate user requirements into user stories and guide the development team on implementation
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum

- Validate deliverables from development team to ensure they are in line with requirements
- Strong communicator
