Position: HRIS Workday BA

Location:  Princeton NJ



Must: Strong experience both in HRIS and workday along with BA


HRIS Roles and Responsibility:


·        Requirement Gathering for Workflow changes.

·        Mapping it with existing and proposed changes

·        Analyzing the reports, notifications changes

·        Co-ordinating with application architect for changes (effort estimating and planned date for go live)

·        Doubts clearing sessions with AMS during the development.

·        Connect with OTSS for test case scenarios and approving the same.

·        Requirement Gathering for report changes.

·        Ad hoc data request from various teams. i.e., Compensation / Benefits / Recruitment / Data Analytics

·        Monitor daily tickets.

·        Publish dashboard for projects.

·        Co-ordinate with AMS / OTSS for issues highlighted by end users.

·        Data Audits – perform recurring audit for sanity of application.

·        Connect with OTSS for UAT of monthly go live.

·        Bringing OSV up to speed for changes in application ( Training for task in applications).

·        RCA for issues highlighted by users.

·        Onboarding and Promotion for HR function.

·        Verification of candidate before hire in application.

·        Monitor task for Terminations in application.

·        Coordinate with FCW team for CW’s update.

·        Transfer and Internal mobility
