Rate: 55-60/hr on c2c

Job Description: A motivated, experienced, articulate, and driven IT network incident manager with a keen interest and understanding of network engineering operations for a forward-looking cruise line in Florida. Strong IT networking background is required as well as a knowledge of Support Desk processes.

Required Technical Skills:

• Cisco Networking Solutions
• Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, Routers, Switches.
• Technical Product Lifecyle Management
• IP Address Management
• NOC Management
• SolarWinds Monitoring and Alert Management

Required Functional Skills:

• Ability to communicate clearly, directly, and professional and drive performance from others
• Strong management skills of technical resources
• Be able to manage a team to meet specific service level agreements, apply measurement and performance management
• Excellent writing skills, client management, escalation path management
• Ability to manage a 24x7 operational network support team (Based in New Delhi, India)
• Excellent virtual communication skills and proven ability to work with offshore teams
• Scheduling optimization
• Excellent networking skills
