JD: Good experience in monitoring and supporting .NET, SPA and MuleSoft Applications. Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Newrelic, Cloud Watch, Grafana, Azure AppInsights, MuleSoft Any point. Good Hands-on knowledge on Windows, Power Shell Scripting and SQL scripts. Excellent skill set on analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting, and rectifying production application incidents. Having experience in deployment and troubleshooting applications in windows environment. Passion to learn and adapt new technologies as per project needs.
