Job Description:
- Lead the team of Domain consultants & help in elevating their domain knowledge
- Provide necessary Thought leadership to the client by bringing in best practices being followed by other carriers
- Help with competitive analysis, benchmarking
- Look at the Client’s way of working across various value streams and suggest opportunities for improvements from a domain perspective
- Work closely with the broader solutions team to develop effective POCs/solutions
- Establish close rapport with Client’s Management and Business teams & work with them to translate their business needs to IT needs
