Role : Group Insurance BA - Claims knowledge is mandatory
Location : Philly PA – Remote
- Excellent Business Analysis skills- Ability to talk to Stakeholders, elaborate requirements and document user stories and scenarios
- Ability to work with UX designer to finalize screen layouts\
- Ability to coordinate with Product owners to get sign-off on requirements
- Ability to groom stories to DEV and QA team to ensure that business requirements are converted to actual solutions
- Ability to interpret data exchanges through APIs
- Strong hold on the Group Insurance domain and Claims knowledge is mandatory
- Good Agile experience is mandatory (Azure DevOps experience is preferred)
- Should be able to do sprint end demos to Product owners and take stories to closure
- 5-6 yrs experience as BA in Insurance industry
