Python Developer || Hybrid || Miami , FL or NYC

Role:                    Python Developer

Position:           12+ Month Contract

MOI:                     Phone then Video

Location:           Hybrid New York City or Miami, FL

 

Visa:                     No H1B

Responsibilities:

·         Work closely with business leadership and other technologists in New York, London and Miami to develop data pipelines and multi-asset analytics.

Mandatory Requirements:

·         Professional experience with a SQL-based database, such as MS SQL Server

·         Three to Five years of professional experience with Python.

·         Understanding of HTTP network requests and responses

·         Understanding of HTML, XML, and JSON formats

·         Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·         Detail oriented, organized, demonstrating thoroughness and strong ownership of work

·         Experience working in a production environment.

Preferred Requirements:

·         Experience with cloud platforms/products, AWS strongly preferred ( Redshift/Dynamo/Lambda/S3…)

·         BA or Master in computer science or any other scientific fields

·         Experience in the financial industry    

·         Micro services/REST services in python ( Flask/FastAPI…)
