Job description:
Required skills: ServiceNow / ITSM experience, software asset management experience, and either ITIL/ITSM certification (any level) with strong communications skills
Summary: Client is seeking ITSM Process Owners to support its ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. These resources will focus on support of Software Asset Management modules.
CareFirst has PwC in place to support ServiceNow infrastructure – these resources will act as lead point of contact overseeing performance, age of requests, SLA metrics, and inventory tracking in ServiceNow's Configuration Management, Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules.
Required skills:
- 3-4 years of experience adhering to ITSM processes
- 2+ years of experience working with an enterprise ITSM tool (ServiceNow preferred) along with hands-on experience supporting the Software Asset Management module within ServiceNow
