Role:-Field Test engineer

Location:- Redmond, WA

Job Summary

• Field Testing Engineer perform test on Mobile devices on specific test plan in in live network environment

• Devices are tested at both stationary locations and specific drive routes

• Voice, Data, Application, Performance & Functional tests

• This role may require upto 50% of Field work

• This role includes upto 25% local travel anywhere in USA

Experience required

• At least 2~5 years of prior experience on mobile device testing is preferred

Responsibility

• Perform wireless device field testing per test plan and collect logs using Specific test tools

•Troubleshoot device related and tool issues when required.

• Identify, analyze and document defects and inconsistencies in handset behavior

•Review test results for accuracy and quality

Skills Required

• Experience with wireless device field testing and troubleshooting

• Good understanding of WCDMA, LTE , VoLTE & 5G

• Experience with QxDM or Shannon or ELT Tool

• Exposure to Defect Management tool

Skills Preferred

Field Testing of 5G Products, IOT Experience in Operator Lab

Prior Experience of AT&T/T-Mobile Field Test or any OEM field test
