In this project I am working as Business Analyst in IT Team working under AVP IT of ICICI Prudential for Analysis and Functional Testing of IDIGITISATION project including Web, Mobile & Tablet, I am involved with all stake holders as well as, I actively take part in meeting to discuss current as well as future enhancement of the application.
I am well connected to all the teams including CUW, Actuary, BSG, Honeybee, Sales, and Marketing etc of ICICI Prudential and Database Team of ICICI Bank for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of IDigital Application.
Expertise in coordinating with Business and IT across all phases of SDLC
Sound knowledge of SDLC process like Agile, Scrum.
Expertise in gathering analyzing, documenting business requirement and functional requirement.
Sound knowledge of writing and implementing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, System Testing, Regression Testing and maintaining traceability matrices.
Interaction with Business Users:
Collaboration with multiple user teams to discuss system/process related concerns to map business needs/project objectives to functional system requirements.
Provided timely support to users for various production issues encountered.

CRM :
Managing the CRM of IDigital at ICICI Prudential which helps in resolving issues related to production change management master maintenance and other issues for Web, Mobile, FMS and Tablet Application.
Testing & Quality Analysis:
Testing application for user acceptance testing (UAT) before sign off from Business user to move application in production environment with other stake holders, documentation of BRS, SRS and other technical understanding documents for the IDigital Application as per project requirement.
Creating Test Cases, Release Notes Test Bed, Wireframes for IDIGITAL Application.
Testing on UAT,SIT and Production environment as per the business need.
