ServiceNow Architect , Catalog Implementation Specialist) supporting: ServiceNow Team (IT Ops Services / ITSM Tools)
Key technologies:
ServiceNow ITSM, Catalog Implementation,
Portal / UI design and build experience,
3rd Party Integrations,
Hands on development experience in ServiceNow and experience in leading teams through implementations.
Nice to haves: ITOM (CMDB, CSDM).
10+ years as a key resource for large scale ITSM, ITOM solutions, of which 5 or more years as a ServiceNow Architect / Lead or ServiceNow Solution Consultant. 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on 3rd Party Integrations and developing end-to-end architectural solutions. Validated successful oversight of several ServiceNow ITSM, Catalog and ITOM implementations. ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist Certs. SN App Dev is a plus
