Client is looking for a 100% remote DevOps engineer with strong experience providing oversight and administration of Elasticsearch analytics for an array of Linux oriented DevOps tools
We are seeking a qualified DevOps Engineer for our client, located out of Newark Delaware. This role is focused on broadening the utilization of Elasticsearch throughout the organization and configuring it within the range of their platform of DevOps tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience Assisting with setting up DevOps tools within Elasticsearch and providing oversight and utilization efforts
- Ability to use Linux administration command line programs and create/edit scripts
- Strong Experience within Linux Administration at the Enterprise level
- Hands on experience with python, YAML scripting
- Knowledge of one or more of the tools – Chef, Ansible, puppet
- Knowledge of one or more of the tools – IAC, Containerization and orchestration (Terraform, Docker & Kubernetes)
- Experience building, maintaining, and providing day to day support for ELK clusters hosting production data
- Experience working with configuration management and automation Tools: GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform
- Automate provisioning, deployment, and support tasks for technologies like; Kafka, Couchbase, Elastic, MySql, Prometheus, Grafana, RabbitMQ, Redis
