Hi Partner,   Hope you are doing well!                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Please share suitable profiles.   Role : Devops and Release Manager with Guidewire Location : Remote Duration: Long Term Contract   Job Description: Application Support: Hands-on application Monitoring and Triaging using AWS services, including but not limited to S3, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, SQS, SNS, Build Tools. AWS Native Services like S3, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, SQS, SNS Hands on with CICD Pipeline with AWS, GitHub Actions and Jenkins Work in a distributed/cloud-based environment, including Amazon Web Services & Kubernetes and related technologies. Use modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Monitoring tools including New Relic, Splunk Triage incident and support day today issues reported by users and with sophisticated knowledge of defect management. Collaborate with engineers to resolve root causes and keep problem resolution/issues log. Support assigned systems with on-call availability and respond within agreed timeframes. Expert in system integration, ongoing data validation processes, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of technical solutions Guidewire’s InsuranceSuite, including but not limited to Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center is a plus. Release management: Works with support teams (i.e., Sprint, Cloud Operations, Cloud Assurance, InfoSec), to drive the release(s) of various applications in non-production and production environments. Adhere to established processes for change management; contribute to status reports regarding change management and deployment activities. Perform deployment of AWS components into Production Resolve deployment issues or impediments, document resolutions for future reference. Works with support teams (i.e., Sprint, Cloud Operations, Cloud Assurance, InfoSec), to drive the release(s) of various applications in non-production and production environments.
