Tivoli Engineer Skills:

• 3+ years of Tivoli software experience

• Basic RDMS & MS SQL server experience

• Expert knowledge in batch processing & Scheduling

• Expert knowledge in automating MS SQL Server jobs and Reports

• Intermediate experience in SQL

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Healthcare background a plus

• Development background a plus

Tivoli Roles & Responsibilities : • Build and modify jobs in IBM's Tivoli Work Scheduler • Execution of batch jobs during the day

• Work with developers on implementing new batch jobs

• Generation of daily batch reports

• Work with developers troubleshooting issues from failed batch job runs

• Work with testing to ensure jobs run to success

• Understanding of the nightly batch schedule
