Role	Project Manager
Mandatory Technical Skills	• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy • SQL & Excel skills to troubleshoot data mismatches and comparison • Knowledge of Networking Devices and Concept • Experience on remote administration tools and ability to perform remote operations
Desirable Technical Skills	• Understanding of Data Centers
	• Understanding of basic Networking concepts
	• Understanding on Windows Server OS
Mandatory Functional Skills	• Monitor the various channels (email, teams, etc) for customer inquiries and respond accordingly (FAQ) • Manage the queue of exceptions • Generate monthly status reports • Strong ability to Prep any content for brown bags and all genre of presentations • Monitor the and track progress of the overall program • Gather and generate data • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to follow processes strictly and demonstrating good judgment of when to escalate. • Ability to make use of tools available to perform the job function • Ticket Management • Understanding of MOF/ITIL framework • Knowledge on Incident, request and change management functions
