10+ years’ experience candidates with the below JD
Worked in Lead capacity at least for a year
Working as a lead involves collaborating with business partners and UX/UI team to groom requirements, understanding system architecture, being able to do the system design, providing t-shirt sizing, work with dependent teams and implement system integration, review code quality, troubleshoot defects, ensure development best practices are followed, lessons learnt are captured, report status to senior leadership, escalate issues and navigate through organization to deliver requirements on time.
Candidate should have hands-on
The lead positions will still require the candidate to be hands-on for up to 50% of his capacity.
Candidate should done Micro Services development
Candidate should be proficient in Micro Services Architecture using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch, RESTful web services, Design Patterns.
They should also have strong knowledge in relational DB, No-SQL DB, Kafka or Solace, Distributed Cache like Redis or Gemfire.
Have understanding of API gateway, Distributed Web Application Security, Authorization and authentication (Oauth, JWT, OWASP etc.) Is the candidate proficient in Java, Java 8 features? Candidate should be comfortable to code using Functional Programming, Lambdas, Streams, Collections, Multi-threading/Concurrency (Executor Service, Future, Completable Future etc.) , Writing Unit tests using Junit, Mockito and Spring integration tests
Followed all enterprise grade release practices – CI/CD, Change requests, Lower Env/prod implementation and support, Monitoring and triaging
