Network Management - USD/Core Requirement - REMOTE

 

Job Description:

• Process tickets submitted by the Product & Technology Teams by performing initial triage and troubleshooting on the Nokia USD provisioning platforms (BQR/GreenPlum, DQI/EEIR, Provisioning Gateway, NAP, One-NDS, HSS, UDM).

• Identify the problem area and bring in support engineers as needed.

Required knowledge/experience:

• Subscriber provisioning for wireless carrier communication systems using Nokia platforms

• network technologies and protocols: TCP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6

• Interfaces: SOAP XML, REST, JSON

• Protocols: LDAP, DIAMETER

• UNIX, LINUX

• Database technology, SQL, MongoDB, schema design, data modelling, scalability, security
