Role	BI PM
Mandatory Technical Skills	A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
	4 to 7 years in Project Management/Big Data Technologies
	Experience in Power BI for reporting
	Experience in Big data/COSMOS/Scope
	Quickly ramp up on different process areas to be managed (domain & basic technologies)
	Strong communication skills (Email & Verbal)
	Stakeholder communications to deal with issues being reported
	Update documentation & stay on top of changes for different processes areas
	Collaborate with engineering team to drive any changes
	Drive communication between stakeholders
	Streamline process for different issues being reported by stakeholders
	Reports & dashboards using Excel / PowerBI
	Requirements Gathering and driving teams
	Experience in VSO
	Agile and Scrum experience
	Knowledge of Microsoft Tools/Technologies
	Experience in Software Development lifecycle & Engineering concepts
	Datawarehouse, Tabular Cubes, DAX, Stored Procs, Power BI, Data Analysis, SQL & C#.
	Proven ability to solve problems creatively
	Excellent analytical and communication skills
	Work with data owners to understand different scenarios
Desirable Technical Skills	Good to know .Net, C#, SQL basics, PowerBI
	Big data understanding & basics Skills
Mandatory Functional Skills	Experienced in leading, managing teams at offshore/onsite
	Excellent exposure to Software development methodology
	Experience working in SCRUM methodology
	Experience in data validation & issues identification
	Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done
	Excellent verbal communications and cross group collaboration skills
	Great problem solving & troubleshooting skills
Desirable Functional Skills	Should be well versed in SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle) and SCRUM or similar Agile implementation methodologies and with a solid track record of meeting SIT milestones on time
