Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsiblefor all aspects of the management and delivery of assigned software developmentprojects. Facilitates and drives project delivery by holding customer anddelivery teams accountable for commitment and support. Alignsproject delivery with larger programs and initiatives.
Abilities& Skills:
*Responsible for the management of one or more medium to largeâ€sized, moderatelyto highly complex Technology software development projects.
* Advanced ability to oversee, drive and manage large, complex, diverse andstrategic projects that impact multiple cross functional organizations.
* Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies forthe Technology community to ensure projects are delivered on time, withinbudget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
* Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directingand monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs,performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issuesappropriately.
* Responsible for managing key project milestones and adjusting project plansand/or resources
* Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts thescope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
* Responsible for conducting risk assessments and developing plans foreliminating or mitigating the risks identified
*Extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Software DevelopmentLifecycle required.
*Advanced ability to partner with other organizations to manage keydependencies and accomplish shared delivery milestones.
* Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoringprogress, resource usage and quality.
* Advanced communication skills; ability to effectively and accuratelycommunicate to all levels.
* Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and projectbudgets
* Advanced understanding of multiple project management disciplines.
* 6 to 10 years of Technology/Software Development work experience
* 5 to 7 years managing projects.
