Job Description: The TIBCO Platform Integration Professional/Sr.
 BW Developer will be a part of a dynamic and fun environment where you will be responsible for migrating from BusinessWorks 5.x to BusinessWorks Collaborator (BWC).

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
·  Primary role will be to migrate integration to BWC along with new development.
·  Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluates alternative IT solutions using standard information systems methodologies and best practices
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or STEM degree, Master's Degree Preferred
·  10+ years' experience in designing, coding, unit testing and/or maintaining complex software programs.
·  3+ years' experience with TIBCO Integration Software including BusinessWorks Collaborator,  BusinessWorks 5X and EMS (8.0 or higher).
·  Experience migrating integrations to BusinessWorks Collaborator (BWC) and  is a must
·  Experience with CI/CD pipeline
·  Strong knowledge in troubleshooting issues also issues resolutions.
·  Experience developing complex integrations using Business Works and EMS
·  Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with excellent interpersonal skills is a must.
·  Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
·  Self-Starter, motivated and proactive with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple efforts
·  Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels
·  Problem-solving; ability to break complex issues into manageable pieces and function successfully in a high-pressure, quick-turnaround environment
