Job Description:- • The developer we bring in will be focused on the back end, while occasionally helping on the front end when required. • The back end will involve a mix of Spring REST services and Spark batch processes, while the front end will be Angular. • This is a new project, so the ideal candidate will be able to help with setting up new projects, creating database schema, researching data feeds, communicating with external teams, and possibly helping to decide on implementation decisions at all levels of the application. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be working with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Responsibilities will include working with geographically distributed teams to fulfill the requirements and supporting solutions using Java/Scala/JavaScript. • To be successful in this Key Responsibilities Create Spring REST services Create batch process ETL jobs with Spark Assist with web UI if necessary Design and create database schema Document project and its external resources
