Job Title:           Salesforce  Business System Analyst with CRM

Location:            Dallas, TX (Can work remote for initial 6 Months)

Duration:           6+ Months (Extensions Likely)

Notes : CRM used by Equinix in this project is Salesforce and CPQ used is Oracle CPQ (FKA BigMachines). But client is considering any CPQ experience

Job Description:

Duties:

• Are energetic, driven and excited about building and improving channel experiences
• Have experience solving problems using existing and new toolsets
• Understand the nuances of building for direct customers vs building for Channel sales motions
• Are good at building solutions and driving consensus around best practices
• Are results oriented, have strong attention to detail, and are able to prioritize multiple objectives and project0s

Skills:

• Bring expertise, ideas and discipline to our newly minted Channel-focused function within the Go To Market team and help us build amazing experiences for our Channel partners, their customers, and the business partners who enable them Build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders across Channel, Sales, Product, Marketing, Care, Legal, Finance and more as you own application solutions from inception to completion
• Drive the design, implementation and support for CPQ capabilities that can be shared across an array of customer experiences
• Any combination of CRM, Channel Enablement applications, MDM, CPQ (Configure, Quote, Pricing) applications such as Oracle Bigmachines, ideally configured for Channel is a plus

Education:

• 9+ years experience in systems analysis and design involving complex integrations, multi-tier selling motions for lead-to-opportunity and quote-to-cash systems.
• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field.
