Job Summary:

Job Role  ::  C Programmer

Location  ::  US remote with EST Businesshours

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in highly specialized areas ofapplications systems analysis and programming with C and Linux based systems.

• Leads the solution delivery and implementation forprograms and projects

• Works and implements an agile/scrum & DevOpsprocesses, continuous integration and automated testing frameworks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in the,server components, DB components and UI.

• Works with Product Team to ensure user stories thatare developer-ready, easy to understand, and testable.

• Writes custom code or scripts to do"destructive testing" to ensure adequate resiliency in production.

• C memory management, CPU/core, I/O issues

• Adheres to maintenance plans/timelines, projectplans/timelines, support plan summaries and production requirements documents.

• Reviews and discusses code from more seniorengineers to understand best practices and design patterns also identifyprocess bottlenecks and bugs early in SDLC process.

• Participates in design and review of technicaldesign for development staff.

• Utilizes agile project management tools and conceptsto ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering or Applications.

• Seven years’ of technical experience with tools suchas PL/SQL Developer and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) preferred.

• Extensive level of experience with C and Linux

• Extensive knowledge of Languages (C/C++/C# ) andability to develop new systems and components

• Extensive knowledge of C memory management,CPU/core, I/O issues

• Strong knowledge of OOAD and multi-tierarchitectures including design patterns.

• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms

• Working experience with database schema design,stored procedures and SQL scripts. using Oracle and PL/SQL

• Experience with source code control systems,merging, versioning, release and deployment.

• Strong multi-taking, analytical, problem solving,planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Experience working within an agile framework likeScrum based development organization.

 

Preferred:

• RESTful API-Web Services

• Experience with RDBMS and SQL, specificallydeveloping and tuning scripts, functions and stored procedures.
