Sr. SQL Developer in OAKS, PA

Position : Sr. SQL Developer

Location : OAKS, PA

Job Description:

 

•             10+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

•             Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities (including agile and scrum patterns)

•             Advance SQL development skills like -

1. Creating complex queries and stored procedures
2. Performance tune complex queries and query optimization
3. Developing Dynamic SQL and stored procedures
4. Using indexes to speed up the SQL queries
5. Experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
6. Extensive knowledge and hands on experience designing and developing objects and components of relational and non-relational database
7. Experience with SSRS report development
8. Full Text Searching
9. Developing ERD – both physical and logical

•             Strong experience with Agile methodologies

•             Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, with a strong preference for Agile experience

•             Skill for writing reusable functions, views and database objects

•             Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills

•             Excellent collaboration/teamwork skills

•             Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application

•             Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
