JobDescription - EBS Techno Functional Consultant

 

Seeking an Oracle Applications Techno Functional position supporting processenhancements /project on the Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 platforms (EBS).This role will both support existing functionality as well as implement newprojects/capabilities. The resource should have experience in recommending bestpractices using the EBS architecture and feel comfortable driving designefforts.

The candidate will be expected to interact with business and IT functionalleads to translate requirements into solid technical solutions. A completeunderstanding of the Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 technical architecture andunderlying table structures is required.

This role requires an experienced IT professional who possesses and effectiveblend of functional, technical, problem solving, and communication skills.

 

Thisjob duties would be approximately 60-70% Functional, and 30-40% Technical.

• Applicable experience working on projects and supporting enhancements/upgrades related to ERP Supply Chain modules Inventory, MSCA, Process Manufacturing modules, Approval Management (AME)
• Functional knowledge of Supply Chain modules (INV/MSCA/OPM) to be able to Configure and test the end to end processes
• Hands on experience with basic configuration of Oracle modules including INV, MSCA, OPM & AME
• Must be able to resolve technical gaps with standard Oracle EBS functionality.
• Working knowledge of the Oracle ERP development toolkit including Workflow Builder, XML Publisher, PL/SQL
• Create Functional design documents, Test Scripts and migration documents based on business/functional requirements
• Work with the Oracle Applications development group and Functional team to design new system requirements, and support testing.
