Role: Salesforce CPQ and Billing Solution Architect Long Term Project Remote Job Summary We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ and Billing Solution Architect with strong client interaction and leadership skills. Responsibilities Responsible for serving as the project lead and Solution Architect for Salesforce CPQ and Billing projects Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients Demonstrate deep Quote to Cash business acumen Ability to lead workshops and facilitate meetings to defined outcomes Responsible for documentation including architecture, requirements, user stories, designs, deployment plans, etc. Ability and willingness to complete hands on configuration activities as needed Ability to direct team members on activities required to successfully deliver projects Creative problem solver for complex technical requirements and to ensure successful project delivery Participate in and collaborate with leadership team on continuous improvement for project delivery methodology, templates, internal knowledge sharing, etc. Support sales activities and create estimates and SOWs Participate in and build relationships within the Salesforce community Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience with successful project delivery including multiple SF CPQ projects Hands-on experience with multiple SF CPQ implementations Experience producing requirements and solution design documents Track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction Be a self-starter and result-oriented - he/she will be able to take a task and achieve its objectives with minimal guidance Be creative, resourceful and able to think outside the box Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work well with a team Attention to detail and problem solving skills Salesforce Admin Certification SF CPQ Specialist Certification Preferred Qualifications Experience with other Salesforce products including Service Cloud and Communities Knowledge with Billing and Accounting processes preferred Experience and/or exposure to SF Billing a plus, including completion of Trailhead Billing Superbadges Advanced Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) Thanks and Regards, Manosh Saturn Infotech, Inc.
