Need USC & GC, Contract to hire role.
Rate: $50/hr on C2C
Need strong on Agile.
What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment?
Optum Consumer Engagement Platform (OCEP) project
Project background – what will this project, and this role, accomplish for the business? The Optum Consumer Engagement Platform (OCEP) project will increase consumer capabilities and insights across Optum. The project is scheduled to run through 2021 and likely into 2022 as the object of the project is to migrate all of Optum's segments onto the Optum Consumer Engagement Platform.
Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Please describe the team, and any soft skills/cultural considerations for an ideal candidate:
This role will be part of a team focused on building out and enhancing the core marketing capability platform.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
1)Work with internal customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
2)Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
3)Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
4)Asses value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
5)Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
6)Act as primary communicator and link between stakeholders and development teams
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
Must be fluid in Microsoft Office suite
CA Agile (Rally) Experience
Aha! (nice to have)
What skills/attributes are a must have?
Must be proficient in all Business Analysis functional competencies
Must be a strong in both written and verbal communication
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Able to build and maintain relationships
Must have high degree of accountability
What skills/attributes are nice to have?
Optum or Untied Health Group experience
Ability to manage through ambiguity and uncertainty
