Title: 5G Network Engineer

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote till Pandemic)

Duration: Long-term

Details:

· 7 to 8+ years of IT experience

· 4+ years of experience in kernel programming

a. Good understanding of 4G/5G network architecture and CORE/RAN architecture

b. Project and Program Management

c. Experience in process management and continuous improvement techniques, risk management, root cause analysis and implementing lessons learned and best practices.

d. Experience in optimizing resource utilization and management of day-to-day project activities. Managing and controlling the process, project, and organizational metrics for the project.

e. Experience in Managing and controlling project budgets, with optimal allocation of spending and cost-effective measures.

f. Experience in developing staffing plans, managed workloads, hired resources, staff performance reviews and reward, training needs ensuring compliance with established company policies.

g. Experience in Managed services and Agile Methodologies and good client interfacing skills
