Role: Lead / Sr Facets Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Type: 6+ month contract
Project overview:
• Looking to utilize them on some existing work they have today that are related to Facets
• Facets Provider Developers, Claims Developers, Finance, and Facets Architect
• Coming in to help backfill for some of their existing programs
o New project, larger project, that came up that existing staff is helping with in a short timeline
o Several other things coming
• Focus is behavioral health
o Claims and provider activity – main area
o BH Facets (OHBS or OBH)
o Substance health, alcoholism, mental health, dependency
Claims and management of operational aspects of it
o Another team has all clinical applications
o Tim has core applications (backend, operational stuff)
Facets Engineering
o Oversight role
o Need to have previous experience in all areas of dev, QA, etc.
o Architectural vision or provide design and expertise
o Hands on experience
o At least 10 years of experience
o Providing oversight of the work
o Claim adjudication (claim, provider, member, eligibility, etc.)
o Overall knowledge working with the Facets product
o Any custom development, provide solutions, testing
Skills:
• 4 years with the product
• .Net or C# type of development with the product, PL/SQL
• Any custom development, provide solutions and do testing (More .Net experience, and PLSQL)
• Configuration, workflow, etc.
o Business owns the configuration activities, so they will have people there
o Understand the system as a whole
o Not configuration people – need development folks
o EDI knowledge would be an advantage (834, 835 transactions)
o Provide guidance and direction to the other developers
o Drive development activities for the group
o Most experienced resource and most knowledgeable – should help guide overall design and make sure team is focused on priorities
o Would be over the developers
