Requirement 1. Title: Salesforce Tech Lead (SF Risk mgmnt & Issue mgmnt)
Location: Thousand  Oaks , CA
 
 Job Description:
  • Develop sprint plan & manage 
  • Establish and enforce governance for communications, status reporting, decision making, escalations, time reporting, risk management, issue management, document repository, etc. 
  • Track and report team progress against timelines and sprint plans. 
  • Remove blockers that interrupt team flow and progress. Escalate blockers when assistance is needed from outside of the team. 
  • ·Maintain and manage RAIDD log of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions 
  • Lead regular risk identification and mitigation workshops over the course of the project 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports to communicate project status 
  •  Communicate impactful issues and risks for awareness. Escalate issues and risks when assistance from outside the team is needed. 
 
Requirement 2. Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Thousand  Oaks , CA
 
Job Description:
 
  • SFDC Health/Service Cloud 4-6 years of Hands-on experience 
  • Working experience in Life sciences domain 
  • Should have experience of working in onsite/offshore model 
  • Experience in agile development model 
  • Coding experience in lightning frameworks (Aura & LWC) 
  • Drive requirements gathering sessions with the client’s technical team and discuss functional requirements with the internal and client teams 
  • Evaluate multiple feasible options for a solution and present to the client, guiding them toward the most optimal solution 
  • Proficiency in the following technical artifacts (for current and future states): Data Model / ERD, System Landscape, Integration Orchestration Design / Process Flows, Sequence Diagrams, etc. 
  • Document and present technical requirements through various communication channels, including client interface 
  • Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote best of breed culture in Technical Services 
  • Guide the development team in the appropriate use of technology 
A strong understanding of Salesforce platform technologies 
 
 
Requirement 3. Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Thousand  Oaks , CA
 
Job Description:
  •  The resource must possess extensive SFDC config hands-on experience and diversified knowledge on Sales force admin and customization  
  • He should have very clear understanding on AppExchange products which can be leveraged for the user's requirements It would be good to have working knowledge in LWC and Mulesoft technology  
  • The requirement is for Life Science and hence Life Science domain knowledge is must 
  • Ability to interact with customer Off
  • Able to understand the user stories map them to technical requirements and build the solution using best practices from SFDC standpoint Should be a good team player and work with offshore and onsite team 
  •  This role is for onsite and hence customer communications attending meeting and sharing project updates would be there
