Job Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Degree in Computer Science or related stream from a reputable institution
2. 18+ years of total IT experience with at least 10 years managing large projects/ program
3. Strong experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model
4. Technical proficiency in Microsoft / Azure platform during the initial stage of the career
5. Experience managing cloud and on-prem projects involving complex/ large data volumes
6. Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communicating, and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills
7. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
8. Strong organizational skills; works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Ability to manage & drive projects with metrics and data, create structure and templates as necessary for project reviews
11. Ability to effectively drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
Professional certification in Project Management is preferred (PMI , Scrum Master, Kanban, SAFe)
