Job Title: Collibra - Data Governance

Job Description :
· Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or data management
· Experience in data management - data governance including data stewardship, data controls, and data policies
· TOGAF certified Enterprise Architect is preferred;
· Develop Solution Architecture and experience in defending Architecture to get Approval from Architecture boards
· Hands on implementation experience in Data Governance, Operating Models, Metadata Mgmt., Data Quality , MDM and Reporting
· Provide progress reports to management and oversee periodic updates to the Data Governance Roadmap.
· Coordinate Governance team meetings, including preparation of agendas, sending out pre-reads to optimize meeting time, and room/appointment logistics based on team member availability.
· Develop and Review Requirements Gathering documentation.
· Manage Governance team meetings, including documentation of issues discussed, recommendations made, and follow up items with assignments.
· Understand Collibra Asset Management Models, Concepts, Metamodel, customization of Metamodel.
· Understanding of OOTB ( out of the box) workflows, requirements gathering for custom Workflows, design and solution architecture for Workflows.
· Launch new data governance framework and operating model, with a focus on measurement of and improving data quality through creation/modifications to policies, governance metrics, processes, governance tools, etc.
· Experience with data catalog and data governance tools
· Configuration management tools, deployment using CI/CD methodology
· Experience with project management methodologies; Agile preferred
· Excellent diplomacy and facilitation skills; able to work cross-functionally and with external suppliers
· General knowledge, understanding, and ability to translate data needs for Business partners
· Handles data intake, acquisition, delivery, and performance of data assets
· Champions and leads the development and maintenance of the Data catalog (inventory of all data resources and relevant information re those assets)
· Provides subject matter expertise and counsels partners on existing data assets and how they can be used for analysis/insight generation
· Develops data standards and policies in conjunction with leadership and partners
· Optimizes awareness of data assets via concise and timely communication of available data sources
· Provides training and communication to all the partners, seeking to enhance data knowledge and increase utilization across our data sources
· Strong communication and project management skills
· Certified Collibra Professional
· Experience in Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Data Modelling
· Experience in DM tool – ERWIN
· Experience in DG tools(Collibra/Talend Catalog)
· Experience in DQ tools(IDQ/Talend/Atacama)
· Knowledge on Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP)
· Exposure in Reporting Tools (Qlik/Tableau/Power BI)
· Good understanding on DAMA principles.
· Strong experience in Project planning, Estimation methods, response to RFEs and owning Project proposals experience is preferred.
· Must have exposure to Agile project management practices and have actively participated in Agile ceremonies.
· Deployment experience – CICD, Deployment methodology is preferred.
· Contribution to Project documentation, Architecture documents, Experience of reviewing and presenting Architecture Board for Approvals.
· Development of Test Cases, Review, Test Execution, Test data preparation
· Experience in Production support and Root cause Analysis.
