· Relevant Microsoft, Storage, Virtualization Certifications

· Expertise with Windows Server

· Expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS

· Knowledge of network infrastructure, firewall/vpn, LAN/WAN, switches

· Expertise with Microsoft SSCM and SCOM

· Expertise with Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)

· Expertise with Citrix technologies XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler

· Expertise with SAN

· Expertise with Fiber, iSCSI, and DAS

· Expertise with Cloud technologies (Azure, O365, AWS)

· Expertise with Hosted Services environment with strict SLA’s, specifically SCIOVantage, SCIOMine, Socrates

· Expertise with Performance Tuning

· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration

· Expertise with Microsoft Exchange Server

· Expertise with Backup/Restore and Disaster Recovery technologies
