Urgent Need

Role: Mainframe Architect Location: Columbus, GA/ Remote until covid Duration : Long term    Responsibility:   Leverage his/her knowledge of IBM mainframe technology to help document, shape, and direct the technology roadmap for our clients ·                    Work directly with senior executives to identify and address technology challenges, strategic goals, and business imperatives ·                    Engaging with our Clients in scoping, discovering and defining solutions that meet our clients’ business, technical and service objectives ·                    Handling assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new generation business processes and organization capabilities ·                    Provide leadership and strategic guidance for NIIT service delivery organization ·                    Participate in Practice Management, Presales, Solution Design and Technical Delivery functions. ·                    Contribute to development of Service Offerings, Capabilities, Collaterals, Transformation Tools and Reusable components ·                    Contribute to Centers of Excellence through publication activities: knowledge articles, white papers, community, blogs, templates, etc. ·                    Initiate and collaborate with other consulting specialists and Subject Matter experts Competencies: ·                    Extensive previous background with IBM mainframes in mainframe architecture and solution design ·                    Thought Leadership with extensive knowledge in legacy modernization techniques related tools and approaches ·                    Experienced in Web Technologies like Java/J2EE, Spring framework, JSP/Servlets. ·                    Had a good hand-on experience in API on mainframe & Open source ·                    Application Modernization expertise in Application Portfolio Assessment and Roadmap, SOA, Re-engineering, Integration, Modernization, Migration, Rehosting and Cloud Adoption ·                    Good understanding of New IT technologies like AI and ML, Python, R, Blueprism RPA, AWS Cloud and Blockchain ·                    Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies ·                    Excellent understanding and experience of co-ordinating senior level presentations ·                    Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills ·                    Excellent written and verbal communication skills    Thanks & Regards,   Saif Ahmad IT Recruiter – IT Staffing USA M: +1 678-507-0865 |  E: Saifa@VBeyond.com | www.vbeyond.com 390 Amwell Road, Suite # 107, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Note – VBeyond is fully committed to Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity.
