Starting Phase III, will be supporting FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
Looking for a Cloud Engineer
Will need to comply with CMS regulations, 9115 and prior authorized interoperability. Create Web API and share the data. Work on Azure resources.
Skills: C#, SQL, .nET. Cloud technologies are Azure, maybe AWS.
Would like someone with previous FHIR. FHIR is designed in mostly C#.
1. What s the major objective(s) of the role? 2 / 2
Develop the core proxy FHIR service with a C# or Python serverless function that acts as secure gateways for all our interoperability APIs. Design and Build complex workflows to intelligent routing logic required for Prior Authorization API.
2. What are the MUST-HAVE technologies for this position?
1. High level of development experience on C# or Python on Azure or AWS.
2. Good experience in Azure FHIR API development or AWS Lambda with serverless technologies.
3. Experience in Healthcare technology domain
4. Deep understanding of RESTful API design, security principles, and standards like Oauth 2.0 and JWT
3. What are the MUST-HAVE Critical Skills for this position
1. Prior experience with CMS FHIR Interoperability API
2. Able to understand CMS HL7 requirements
3. Experience reading and interpreting detailed technical specifications.
4. Familiarity with the Da Vinci implementation guides (CRD, DTR, PAS) for prior authorization
5. Practical experience integrating applications with identity providers like Okta.
4. What are the NICE TO HAVE technologies you wouldn t mind seeing on a candidate s resume?
1. Experience working data from salesforce, particularly via APIs.
2. Knowledge of Gloud API Gateway technologies.
3. AWS Health Lake
