Job Description:
Abilities/Skills; Ability to think strategically, business or executive level communication skills, organization, presentation, teamwork, planning, and time management skills
•          Strong working knowledge in design and development skill in multi-tier mission critical enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, REST and SOA/Web Services middleware technologies.
•          Strong working knowledge in Oracle 11g, WebLogic 10 Application Server, WebSphere Application Server 8, WESB server 8 and Data Power.
•          Proficient in development of integration/mediation modules and XSLT transformations.
•          Proficient in installation and configuration of WebLogic, WebSphere ESB, Data Power and WebSphere servers.
•          Proficient in client business requirement analysis.
•          Proficient in software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to application deployment.
•          Proficient in Agile software development Methodologies.
•          Excellent team player in leading and mentoring. Self-motivated and good communication and interpersonal skills.
•          Specialized knowledge/experience; 6+ years of prior experience working with WebSphere BPM, WebSphere ESB, Data Power and experience with XSLT, Gateway Script, Data Weave, WSDL, XSD, JSON, SQL, Java, HTML, JavaScript,
•          Technical Requirements; 6+ years’ experience with application development and with Spring, REST, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, Web Service, JDBC, Hibernate, Mule frameworks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•          Responsible for over internal and external applications.
•          Support full software development life cycle and is responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
•          Conduct software integration and external interface development. Combine multiple technologies to provide alternative practical solutions.
•          Review business requirements, determine and develop technical specifications and software requirement specification.
•          Production support maintenance and new development of the middleware systems and ESB components.
•          Transaction/workflow analysis, internal control and risk analysis
•          Provide technical direction to development teams. Prepare reports, studies and documentation, deliver presentations, and participate in meetings.
•          Interact with Application Support and coordinate code deployments with System Administration teams.
