1. The candidate should possess a well-rounded knowledge of product owner activities, web technologies, and web content management systems (CMSs).
2. Ability to assess verbal and written communications from key stakeholders and customers, and demonstrate excellent verbal and communications skills.
3. Ability to work with various project tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio (Service Now or BMC Remedy a plus).
4. Strong knowledge of Jira to create dashboards and other tools to assist in the management and tracking of work processes via tickets created.
5. Ability to work with Web CMSs (experience with Drupal a plus) and collaborative/tracking systems.
6. Possess excellent problem solving and verbal/written communications skills.
7. Maintain poise and professionalism in all customer and vendor communications (written and verbal).
8. Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
9. Ability to evolve skill sets and quickly adopt to new technologies and priorities.
10. Equally comfortable working on a project team as well as independently.
11. Excellent organization, planning, prioritizing skills and attention to detail.
