Job Title: IT Infra Project Manager
Location: Chicago IL (Remote until Pandemic)
Position Type: 12+ Months Contract (Extension Possible)
Required Skills:
· Infrastructure PM preferably with an enterprise environment role skillset
· Ability to manage enterprise wide IT projects.
· Must have experience in Disaster Recovery and high availability architectures.
· Experience in leading projects in: ITSM, IT Service Desk, other ITSM projects (Asset Mgmt.)
· The successful candidate should have an IT background with strong process and organizational skills.
· The candidate should be flexible and able to adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
· Must be able to compiles project data and report on status of key projects to management.
· Leads and provides day-to-day hands on support and management of multiple projects.
· Must have knowledge ITIL processes.
· Knowledge of Service now ITSM Platform
· Experience in both Agile and waterfall models.
· Experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management is preferred.
· ITIL/PMI/ACP/CBCI/CBCP/EDRP certifications preferred
